Orders and Fulfillment
1. How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Our hats are made to order, ensuring top-notch quality. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days before the product is shipped.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible as production begins quickly. Please contact us at assetempire8@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
3. Are your products customizable?
All our products are created on demand, but at this time, we don’t offer custom designs outside of the available selections.
Shipping
4. How long does shipping take?
After fulfillment, shipping times are estimated as follows:
• United States: 3–6 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Australia/New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
6. Do you offer tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your region.
8. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders.
Returns and Exchanges
9. What is your return policy?
As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at assetempire8@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
11. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, since our items are custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
13. Will I be charged additional fees for international orders?
Depending on your location, customs duties or taxes may apply. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
